The Arc of Rowan County is the local management agency for two sets of apartments owned by The Arc of North Carolina.  These apartments are available to persons with a documented Intellectual/Developmental Disability.  The rents on these apartments are based on ability to pay.  For more information, please call or visit our office.

There is currently a waiting list for these apartments.  You can obtain an application by contacting our office, or by DOWNLOADING and printing one yourself..  Please note, this application is six pages.  All pages must be completed and turned in to The Arc of Rowan's offices to be added to the current waiting list.
